Todays, in our country, population is increasing day by day. Our country become a highest populated country of the world. Due to increasing in population lands are decreased due to making more pucca houses and increase physical resources for the human being and uses. In this way natural resources are going to shortfall. Our country is depend upon agriculture but in modern day due to lack of technological knowledge and resources production is less than our expectation and needs. Due to much expenses, new generation are running away from agriculture and depend upon another jobs and works. And by this way unemployment is also increasing. It is a time to inspire the young generation and attract them to agricultural work and help to become self-dependent. It’s a time to decrease the unemployment and increase the resources of income, employment and growth. And in this way our organization is coming with new ideas and in process of new startup.
